Both axial and radial component insertion is programmed via computer ensuring a high levels of efficiency and build standard.

PCB Assembly - Hand Insertion

Bytec's hand insert capability utilises cut and clinch systems and a wave soldering line with spray flux application. The printed circuit assembly process is based around no-clean principles with lead-free (RoHS compliant) solder baths. Some clients require the use of leaded soldering for specific applications, and in these cases, we offer a high quality hand soldering service by fully trained production operatives.

Complimenting the hand insertion process is a dedicated pre-assembly, component preparation area allowing sub-assembly of components, component forming and leg cutting.
